Notice she is missing a shoe?!? AND, the foot that has a shoe on looks gigantic compared to the other foot?
This is just a random picture of our sweet Jocelyn posing for the camera. I got her to wear a bow for like 5 seconds for the picture, then she ripped it out of her hair....maybe someday she will wear bows.
Jocelyn being silly. She loves to play peek a boo, and pretend to disappear when she puts blankets on her head.
Last weekend we went to our good friends "The Rountree's" sons 2nd birthday party. We were very excited to be able to attend this year, last year Jocelyn got RSV, and we weren't able to attend. Derek and Gage's Daddy grew up together, and it is so cool to say that they are still very good friends. Their son, Gage is so precious and such a good kid. He must get all of his good looks and demeanor from his momma! (wink, wink).
Jocelyn had a lot of fun at the party. She played with the bean bag toss, jumped on the bounce house, ate her first hot dog, and pretended she was one of those street artists that you see in downtown that "creates art" while fast loud pop music is playing in the background. If you are wondering, yes.....we let our kids draw on a box of Shiner beer with crayons to fast loud pop music. You might be asking "why don't you just get them a coloring book". Well, my friends....if you know Derek....and Gage's Daddy....this should come as no surprise to you.
Classic!
Gage's dad painted these corn hole boards. Nice job!
She loved the slide. She would go down, and run around and do it again.
I had to include a picture of the birthday boy, Gage....A.K.A Jocelyn's future husband. As their parents, we have already arranged the marriage. Do people still do that anymore? The inlaws would get along wonderfully, what more do you need? His hair was all statick-y from the bounce house, so cute!
Mowing the lawn
Posing on a John Deer tractor. She looks like a natural.
Look at this super cool police car Gage got for his birthday! Jocelyn didn't waste anytime getting in the car with this little boy. She was ready to go!
